My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a psychotherapist began when I learned about the profound impact of this work through someone close to me. I became passionate about helping others heal from their suffering. Helping clients improve their lives, reduce stress and anxiety, work through transitions, and repair relationships has become my passion.

Our first session

Your first session involves us getting to know each other. You'll have the opportunity to talk about your presenting issues, how you're currently feeling, and what you're hoping for. You're free to ask questions and express concerns. Together, we'll begin to assess how we might be a good therapeutic fit.
