I am excited to be joining the Rula team and look forward to meeting with you to see if we are a good fit given your emotional and relational needs, goals, and preferences. My specialty areas include trauma treatment, grief and loss, recovering from abuse, professional and relationship coaching, and working with children, youths, and parents.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life who are open to exploring ways to feel better about themselves, their relationships, and any other issue or challenge they happen to be facing.
My approach
I believe it is usually most helpful for us to agree on a set of collaborative goals and to keep checking in and revising these goals as we progress with one another. I am trained in a wide variety of counselling techniques and enjoy being transparent when using these skills to help demystify and clarify the therapy process.
