Hi there, I'm Sara!
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I was born and raised in California and completed my MSW at USC. I completed my clinical training in an inpatient setting, where I helped both adolescents and adults navigate and manage diagnoses such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
My focus
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating life changes, stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and communication difficulties.
My approach
Over the last 10 years, I have had the privilege of supporting adolescents and adults to improve their quality of life through better emotional regulation, symptom management, and improved communication. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
