During therapy, I adapt my communication style to what the client needs at that time. My demeanor is open, nonjudgmental, and supportive at all times.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been drawn to helping others, and this field allows me to help many people who need help. I enjoy helping people improve their lives and make positive changes for themselves.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with clients through a collaborative process, ensuring that their goals are both meaningful and achievable. Together, we begin by discussing their hopes and aspirations, as well as any challenges they are facing. I encourage clients to actively participate in identifying what they want to achieve in therapy.

Our first session

During our initial session, we will identify what the presenting concern is and how it is impacting your life. This will be done through an interview-style approach to gain a clear view of the client's situation. It will also be an opportunity for both of us to determine if we are a good therapeutic match for each other.
