I work with clients across all ages on relationships, family conflict, work stress, and mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and grief. Many begin therapy feeling stuck, and my goal is to help them rediscover strengths and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I use an interpersonal and attachment-based approach to create a safe, supportive space. When clients feel heard and understood, we build on strengths, nurture authenticity, and foster self-compassion, insight, and empowerment to support meaningful growth.
