I spent years at the top of the corporate world before I made my own pivot. I know what it costs to make a big change and what it gives you. That's exactly why I can sit across from men & women at their own crossroads and not flinch. I've been there.

We start by getting clear on what's actually going on...not the version you've been telling yourself. From there we work on what needs to shift, practically and specifically. Progress here looks like something you can actually feel not just talk about.
