My communication style is upfront and honest. I ask questions, listen with empathy, reflect, and rephrase to understand your situation and story. My goal is to understand what you've been through and how to best support you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've been passionate about psychology since high school and pursued it through graduate studies. Throughout my journey, I've gained experience in both failure and success, learning to overcome obstacles. I believe it's important to have someone whose only agenda is to help you, and I want to be that person.

My goals for you

Goal setting is the backbone of therapy and the process of getting to a better place. We design patterns for success by setting both small and big goals, so we continue working towards bettering ourselves.

Our first session

In every session, you'll have an opportunity to share your story and have someone listen with empathy and curiosity while giving support and encouragement. I create a safe place where you feel comfortable discussing and sharing your story.
