My journey to mental healthcare

My journey in becoming a therapist has been a learning experience of personal life lessons and challenges that lead me to give back in how I have overcome and champion barriers/opportunities in life. Along the way in my journey, I had key people who saw the potential in me and that’s what I see in every person I work with, their strengths and potential.

My goals for you

A personal goal-setting approach is through being realistic, attainable, and timeline with specific tasks to check mark. Collaborating with clients to define specific and achievable goals, monitoring and making adjustments as needed along the way.
