I have an extensive background in personal social services, psychotherapy, and teletherapy. I use a holistic and client-centered approach in Clinical Social Work, Addiction, Criminal Justice, Aging, Mental Health, Crisis Intervention, Behavioral, Substance Abuse, EAP, and Conflict.

My focus

My background includes inpatient and outpatient mental health settings with varied populations and across different treatment modalities. Client populations I have worked with include Veterans, adults, substance abuse, homeless, families, and adult student populations.

My approach includes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Bowen Family Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy.
