I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 8 years in the mental health field. I offer warm, connected, and curious therapy focused on your day-to-day experiences. My goal is to help you gain insight, navigate challenges, and reach your full potential. I primarily work with adult women.

Currently, my practice is focused on individual therapy for adult women. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couple, and family work.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and holistic, with a strong emphasis on meeting clients where they are. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support trauma processing, self-awareness, and healing. I value the role of culture, identity, and spirituality in the therapeutic process.

Therapy is rooted in care and compassion, while also gently challenging patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve you. Growth happens at a steady, supported pace, and sometimes, with a little humor along the way.

My journey to mental healthcare

From a young age, I knew I wanted to become a therapist. I’ve always valued being a safe, steady presence for others. I genuinely enjoy supporting people through times when life feels confusing, heavy, or uncertain, and helping them navigate challenges and transitions with greater insight, clarity, and self-compassion.

I approach goal setting by focusing on the present moment while also exploring future goals and where you would like to be. Goals are developed collaboratively, honoring your voice, values, and vision for growth.

During your first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space. My goal is simply to get to know you, hear what brings you in, and begin exploring what you’d like to work on. There is no rush; therapy unfolds over time, and we will go at your pace.
