My clinical approach holds a humanistic and psychodynamic lens, focused on deconstructing conscious and unconscious beliefs and behaviors. I also integrate a unique practice of Dynamic Cultural Integration therapy to help individuals with cultural identity problems.

I specialize in working with individuals who are living with immense life stressors. I help clients achieve their goals by dissolving obstacles, discovering patterns, and gaining insights while developing new skills to cope with life challenges. I work best with patients who are highly anxious but also appreciate a sense of humor. I can also provide services in Cantonese.
