I work with individual adults navigating life's transitions, relationships, personal growth, and the stressors that can feel overwhelming and impairing. I have a special interest in women's mental health and supporting high-achieving women who are navigating many roles.

My role is to help you understand yourself a little more, build on your strengths, or assist you in areas that feel overwhelming right now. My communication style is mindful, warm, and honest. I use a trauma-informed lens and strive to create a culturally sensitive and inclusive space so that your entire identity can be present in the room.
