My communication style

I strive to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and grounding; a place where you can truly be yourself. Therapy is rooted in care and compassion, while also gently challenging patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve you. Growth happens at a steady, supported pace, and sometimes, with a little humor along the way.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey as a therapist has been rooted in community mental health and serving the underserved community. I have also trained other associates, as a Clinical Supervisor in my mental health journey and supported them in working with children, adolescents, and families. Seeing clients overcome their biggest fears has been the most rewarding part!

My goals for you

I approach goal setting by focusing on the present moment while also exploring future goals and where you would like to be. Goals are developed collaboratively, honoring your voice, values, and vision for growth.

Our first session

During your first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space. My goal is simply to get to know you, hear what brings you in, and begin exploring what you’d like to work on. There is no rush; therapy unfolds over time, and we will go at your pace.
