I use evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I incorporate creative therapies such as music therapy, lyric analysis, and art therapy to help you express what's difficult to verbalize. For autism and ADHD, I tailor interventions to address sensory sensitivities, executive functioning, and social anxiety.
