My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been drawn to the helping profession. I feel we are all experiencing life in different ways, and for most, it is difficult to navigate tough times. Human Nature includes struggles, sadness, and pain just as much as thriving, joy, and pleasure.

My goals for you

I like to approach goal setting with clients by working together to define what they would like to accomplish to improve their lives. This often starts by building a trusting therapeutic relationship between us and getting comfortable with what it means to be in therapy. Over time, we’ll work together to set goals and monitor your progress.

Our first session

The first session is about getting to know you. I'll ask open-ended questions and give you space to share what brings you to therapy. I create a safe, comfortable platform for you to share your thoughts and feelings.
