As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’m dedicated to providing a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel safe and understood. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach to help you tap into your resilience and navigate life’s challenges. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

I work with people who are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, or going through major life changes. Many of my clients are carrying the weight of past experiences while also trying to find their footing in the present. I’m here to offer support and practical tools as they work toward healing, self-acceptance, and personal growth.
