Being a therapist is very much a calling. My background intersects religious studies and psychology, and I've specialized in matters of the heart and mind. I have extensive experience with Buddhist Psychology, Eastern and Western spiritual practices, and Mindfulness.

Therapeutic work, including goal setting, unfolds as a process. We adjust the degrees of leverage and accountability according to your needs.

Our first session

After greetings, we listen to your story and presenting needs. Then, in a gentle yet guiding style, we do a detailed summary of your life journey. Finally, we reflect on goals and expectations, deciding and shaping our therapeutic path forward.
