My approach
I use an integrative approach to help my clients work through anxiety, depression, family/relationship issues, grief, life transitions, inhibitions in work or creativity, and managing chronic illness. My therapeutic modalities include Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Compassion Focused, Dialectical (DBT), EMDR, Expressive Arts, Mindfulness-Based, Narrative, Solution Focused, Somatic, and Strength-Based therapies.

I am willing to see individuals and specialize in helping clients with aging, anxiety, autism or Asperger's syndrome, borderline personality, chronic illness, chronic pain, coping skills, depression, grief, life coaching, life transitions, panic attacks, relationship issues, self-esteem, spirituality, stress, trauma and PTSD, and women's issues.

My journey to mental healthcare
From June 2013 to May 2015, I completed my clinical hours for licensure at the Center for Elders Independence located at 1497 Alcatraz Avenue in Berkeley, CA 94702.
