Aside from my work in mental health, I enjoy watching movies, playing tennis, riding my bicycle on the beach, traveling, and most of all, listening to music and playing the ukulele.

I have 24 years of experience working in the mental health field and I am certified in DBT, Anxiety, and ADHD. We can develop a concrete goal and various solutions for personal growth and improving life quality.
