I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, focusing on identifying how thoughts lead to feelings and behaviors. My goal is to help you understand this relationship and change patterns of thinking to cope with stressors in a more positive manner. I also use Problem-Solving and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you define your strengths and resources.

My journey to becoming a therapist began with a deep-rooted passion for helping others. I believe that most of us don't have a safe space with a trusted person to really process our thoughts and feelings. I believe we are all experts in our own lives and that we all have the answers inside us.

We will collaborate on what's most important for you to focus on so that we can make the most of our time together. I suggest focusing on only one or two goals at a time. Once you've met your goals, we can choose others when appropriate.
