I am Dr. Anna Maria, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I utilize various therapies that adhere to and remain attentive to the uniqueness of each individual I serve! Most importantly, I am a resilient, responsible, and empathetic Professional!
My approach
My therapeutic approach draws from a wide range of modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), EMDR, Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, Positive Psychology, and Trauma Focused therapies. I tailor my approach to best fit the unique needs of each individual I work with.
My focus
I specialize in working with individuals and minors (ages 13-17) who are struggling with a variety of challenges, such as Addiction, ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Eating Disorders, Racial Trauma, Self Esteem, and Stress. My goal is to provide affirming, supportive, and empathetic care to all of my patients.

My journey to mental healthcare began with a deep desire to help others navigate life's challenges and find healing. Through my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, I have developed the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality care to my patients.
