My focus
I specialize in working with individuals and minors (ages 13-17) who are struggling with a variety of challenges, such as Addiction, ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Eating Disorders, Racial Trauma, self-esteem, and Stress. My goal is to provide affirming, supportive, and empathetic care to all of my patients.
My approach
My therapeutic approach draws from a wide range of modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), EMDR, Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, Positive Psychology, and Trauma-Focused therapies.
