I have accompanied individuals in their journey of healing and finding new ways to manage life stressors for the past fourteen years. Life may have brought depression, anxiety, PTSD, Grief, and Loss to your life, making you feel overwhelmed and stuck. I provide a respectful, empathic, and caring service to my clients. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA, completing the program between August 2005 and May 2008.

I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression (CBT-D), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My goal is to create a partnership with my client to better meet each individual's needs by utilizing different therapeutic modalities.
