I work with children, young people, adults, and families navigating difference—BIPOC, neurodiversity, life transitions, gender, and parenting. These can overlap with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and addiction, affecting communication and family dynamics. We'll connect the dots to make the larger picture manageable.

I take a holistic approach, respecting the whole person. We'll explore what needs to be seen, heard, understood, or challenged so you can move through life in the best way possible. This might mean talking, creative work, mindfulness, or homework. I'm client-centered, a good listener, and patient, offering alternatives when words aren't enough.
