I typically work with individuals, couples, and families who are going through difficult and uncertain times, who may be lost or without a clear direction. I have a rich background in treating complex conditions - often taking the form of anxiety, depression, esteem and relational difficulties, trauma, loss, and enduring mental health conditions.

I believe each person's unique psychology is characterized by an attempt to create a life of meaning and to make sense of our shared experiences. I am adaptive and person-centered, grounded in an existential and humanist perspective. I engage through narrative exploration and take a solution-focused approach toward supporting authentic growth.
