Struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, guilt, self-blame, and other negative thoughts? I work with veterans to help them with life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. Explore yourself to identify how you developed your beliefs and question their validity. It's deep work that might allow you to find your True Self.
My approach
I help my clients resolve their problems, learn coping skills, and set their spiritual and/or religious path. Increasing the client's understanding of self and accepting life with all the pluses and minuses, learning from the past without the judgment to achieve your goals.
