In our sessions, I offer open communication, active listening, and a calm, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work through what matters most to you.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up, there were people close to me who dealt with severe mental health conditions. I was able to see firsthand what a supportive therapist could bring to someone's darkest days, and I hope to support those who need it.

In our sessions, we’ll collaborate to set goals that match your pace and priorities. As life shifts, your goals can shift too, and we’ll adapt them together. I help you stay motivated by celebrating progress, exploring what’s working (or not), and offering steady support as you move forward.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, discuss what’s been challenging for you, and outline what you hope to work on. I’ll guide the conversation and check in often to make sure you feel comfortable. It's normal to feel nervous—I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you ease into the process.
