My communication style

I am warm, approachable, and genuine in my work with clients. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. My goal is to foster a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration so that clients feel supported throughout their healing journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with a deep interest in understanding people and helping others navigate difficult experiences. Over the years, working with survivors of trauma, children, teens, adults, and families has shown me the incredible strength people possess, even during their most challenging moments.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with clients to identify meaningful goals and create a clear plan for achieving them. Using CBT and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping skills, track progress, and build lasting strategies that support growth and well-being.

Our first session

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals to better understand how I can support you. There's no pressure to share everything at once—we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
