Life can feel heavy when you're overthinking, feeling emotionally drained, struggling to sleep, or just not feeling like yourself. Therapy can be a place to slow down and start making sense of what you've been carrying. I specialize in helping adults to feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, and reconnected to the life they want for themselves.
My focus
My focus is on working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression or painful past experiences. Together, we will work through life's challenges, strengthen coping and create more balance and peace. I also support adults going through life transitions-whether planned or unexpected, positive or negative-to find clarity and a renewed sense of self.
My approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. I tailor my approach to the client's needs and goals. I use (CBT) to help identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts, (DBT) to learn balance and emotional regulation, along with Mindfulness to build inner peace. I also use other skills and techniques as needed to provide personalized care.
