My communication style

I am very open and friendly. My approach is to see you as the expert in your life's journey. I am your companion, here to assist in whatever way I can and help filter back to you what I hear and sometimes challenge you in some of your beliefs as a way of helping you grow.

My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted to become a therapist because I love to help people. I believe that we often go through things that shape and mold us to believe things about ourselves that are not necessarily true. I hope to help each individual I work with see themselves as unique, valuable human beings on this journey together.

My goals for you

It's one of the first things we'll do - work on establishing what you hope to gain from therapy, and how we can work together on giving you the tools you need to accomplish your goals.

Our first session

During our first session, we'll begin with assessing your needs, your history, and your goals. We'll talk about the next steps, which will be to begin identifying what is most important to you, and then we'll work on smaller goals to help you gain the skills and tools needed to reach your goals.
