I keep sessions relaxed and less formal to invite vulnerability and create a safe space for you to work on yourself. I maintain a calm, steady, non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself and feel supported throughout your process.

My journey to mental healthcare

I believe that mental health and wellness are the key to life. Happiness comes from within. It is all too often that we take care of ourselves from the neck down, but not the neck up. Our brains are the most important part of who we are, and I am passionate about keeping healthy minds supported.

My goals for you

This space is for you, and your goals are most important. I listen to understand what brought you here, what you hope for the future, and who you are, so I can support your process in meeting those goals.

Our first session

In our first session, you should expect to have an informal meeting to get to know each other, this process, and if I am the type of therapist you are looking to have support you. I do gather information, much like a new appointment with any health provider, but I am focused on what brought you to therapy and how I can help you reach your goals.
