My focus is understanding not only what you’re experiencing, but why it keeps happening, so we can build healthier patterns and create the changes you want in your life.
My approach
I use CBT as a foundation while incorporating solution-focused therapy, DBT, IFS, and attachment-based approaches. I believe understanding where our patterns come from can help us change the stories that no longer serve us, develop healthier ways of responding, and create meaningful, lasting change.
