As the eldest daughter in an immigrant family, I understand the unique pressures, responsibilities, and expectations that can shape our emotional well-being and relationships. I am here for you.
My focus
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feelings of overwhelm or burnout. I am especially passionate about supporting women, first-generation individuals, DACA recipients, and those from immigrant or multicultural backgrounds who may be balancing cultural expectations, fam responsibilities.
My approach
I take a compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy, meeting each person where they are with empathy, curiosity, and without judgment. I believe healing happens through a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, and I work closely with clients to better understand their experiences.
