I work with adults and teenagers navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, childhood trauma, grief and loss, parenting challenges, anger management, and life transitions. I use Gestalt therapy, and I'm also trained in psychodynamic and trauma-informed care. I'm bilingual in Spanish.

My approach centers on our relationship. I use Gestalt therapy, working in the here and now—bringing what's in your past to the present day and exploring how that impacts your behaviors.

I would describe my communication style as I am honest and direct; I like my clients to feel confident enough to challenge me if necessary.

I love seeing the change in clients. Once change happens, it's like a whirlwind. That drives me to continue to do this work.
