My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began serving in child welfare, where I witnessed urgent needs, especially in Spanish-speaking mental health care. My commitment deepened after seeing clients on long waiting lists. This motivated me to become a provider, allowing me to step into this critical gap and offer immediate, multiculturally informed support.

We use a Solution-Focused and Strength-Based approach. I help you clarify goals based on your values, ensuring they are clear and practical (like the SMART method). We collaborate on actionable steps using your existing strengths to confidently unlock your potential.
