My approach
I integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and humanistic approaches. I believe it’s essential to recognize how our thoughts can sometimes work against us, while also developing the skills to manage them effectively and with self-compassion.
