In my practice, I work with individuals who are navigating breakups, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify underlying issues that are preventing them from moving forward and identify practical strategies to overcome them.
My focus
I work with women who are high functioning and safe day to day and are also experiencing distress due to one or more of the following: difficulty in relationships, navigating life transitions (i.e., a breakup, recent move, or stage of life transition), or managing stress.
My approach
I use a proactive, personal growth, and behavioral-focused approach to therapy that is oriented in the here and now. I incorporate tools and strategies rooted in the following theoretical approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
