I focus on eating disorders, the LGBTQIA+ population, and am sex-positive and kink-aligned. I am currently working towards becoming a certified sex therapist. I take a whole-person approach to therapy.
My focus
I work with clients with eating disorders, the LGBTQIA+ population, couples, singles, adults, teens, and kids. I have a lot of clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and ASD. I have clients practicing ENM, considering ENM, or struggling with monogamous relationships. I believe in access to care, so very seldom will I turn someone away.
My approach
I focus on systems theory; if something is wrong with the system as a whole, we have an increase in mental health symptoms. I also understand that as we move through various stages of life, we can struggle to adjust and have an increase in symptoms.
