My communication style

Within our therapeutic relationship, you should feel free to be your authentic self. I provide a calm and inviting space where you can cry, laugh, yell, or express any emotion without fear of judgment. My goal is to create an environment where you feel heard and supported.

My journey to mental healthcare

Life can be difficult and sometimes we get stuck feeling lost without hope for the future. I chose to be a therapist because I believe in the power of supporting others through their most challenging moments and creating a safe space where they feel heard, supported, and reassured that they are not alone.

My goals for you

I believe in your right to autonomy and that you have control over your treatment and goals. I work alongside you to identify areas in your life that you would like to explore, and I believe my primary role is to support you in discovering effective strategies to achieve those goals.

Our first session

During our initial session, you can expect to be welcomed into a safe space where you can feel secure sharing your experiences. The focus is on building therapeutic rapport as I ask questions to gain a better understanding of your experiences and explore the strengths that have supported you along the way.
