I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, passionate about supporting women and teen girls. Many women feel unseen or lose themselves in what they give to others, yet we are dreamers, leaders, hard workers, intelligent, beautiful, and full of purpose. I help clients reconnect with themselves and their purpose.
