Hi there, I'm Noah!

It is my fundamental belief that all people have the ability to grow, change, and heal. We live in a world fraught with stressors and uncertainty, and during these times, it is more important than ever to develop a sense of control and purpose in our lives.

My approach

As a relational therapist, my focus is to assist you in exploring and understanding the factors that have led to your anxiety and depression and how these symptoms are impacting your relationships, sense of self, and the direction you have envisioned your life going. I offer a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where we can collaboratively work toward your goals by developing new understandings and coping strategies that focus on your strengths.

My focus

I am currently working with individuals, families, and adolescents. I have experience working with trauma/PTSD, OCD, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, substance abuse, and relationship issues.

My communication style

I am passionate about helping you heal from the past while developing a sense of control, self-worth, and direction in your life. We will work together in a collaborative way to strengthen your relationships and achieve your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I obtained my Master of Science in Counseling and completed my clinical hours for licensure between 09/2015 - 12/2018 at the Mitchell Family Counseling Clinic, CSUN and Pacific Lodge Youth Services (Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services). This journey has equipped me with the skills and experience to effectively support my clients.

My goals for you

My goal is to empower you to overcome the challenges you face, whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties. Together, we will develop coping strategies, gain new insights, and build on your inherent strengths to help you lead a more fulfilling life.

My first session with you

During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and collaboratively establish goals for our work together. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your story and begin the process of healing and growth. We will also discuss the frequency of sessions and any other practical matters to ensure a smooth therapeutic journey.
