My focus
I am open to seeing clients from all walks of life and any mental health diagnoses. I have the most experience with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
My approach
I work mostly with cognitive behavioral theory but also practice dialectical behavioral theory, written exposure therapy, and motivational interviewing.
