I prefer a casual environment where clients can feel comfortable showing up as themselves. I have heard from other clients that they feel safe to make some tea, take their shoes off, and be authentic.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist after a long career as a chef. I lost my brother to suicide in 2004, and found that getting involved in the cause helped me see some life again and supported my healing. One opportunity led to another, and I discovered a deep passion for therapy, facilitating trainings about suicide prevention, and advocacy. And here I am!

I work collaboratively with you to identify your goals and create a plan that fits your needs. We'll build on your strengths and develop practical tools you can use in daily life. I believe in meeting you where you are and supporting your growth at a pace that feels right for you.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other, identifying what brings you to therapy, your overarching goals, and strengths.
