I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with me as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

My therapy journey began with curiosity about human resilience and a desire to help others find strength through life's hardest challenges. Working with trauma survivors and high-acuity clients showed me therapy's powerful role in recovery and solidified my commitment to supporting healing.

My goals for you

Therapy is a partnership. Together, we'll identify goals that matter to you, whether improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another personal objective. As you gain insights, your goals may evolve, and we'll adapt our plan to stay meaningful and relevant.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It's normal to feel nervous, and we'll take it one step at a time as we begin building our work together.
