Maybe you’ve experienced trauma, chronic illness, or emotional invalidation that left you feeling fragmented, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You might notice certain reactions or sensations that feel out of your control.
My focus
I help clients heal from complex trauma, chronic stress, and illness by working with the body and inner parts of the self. We explore nervous system patterns and protective parts with curiosity and care. Insight alone isn’t always enough, but deeper healing is possible.

My approach is non-pathologizing, anti-oppressive, and collaborative. Together, we’ll build a relationship where all parts of you are welcome, and where your body’s wisdom is valued as a key part of the healing process.
