Hi there, I'm Edith!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, working with teens, adults, and families.

My focus

As an Army veteran who served eight years with a deployment to Iraq, I understand the unique challenges that military service, transitions, and trauma can bring. I’m also passionate about supporting women and new or expecting mothers as they navigate the emotional changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and balancing life.

My approach

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I work alongside you to better understand your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools that support lasting change.
