My approach to therapy is warm, open-minded, and collaborative. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable showing up as themselves. I value honest and open communication.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist grew from my own experiences struggling to share and understand my emotions. I know how isolating it can feel to carry things alone. Through my own journey, I found a passion for supporting others — whether through listening, guiding, or simply being present so they feel less alone.

My goals for you

I encourage direct communication so concerns, goals, and feedback can be discussed together. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I see therapy as a partnership. Working together to explore challenges and move toward meaningful growth and change.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I believe having a good connection with a therapist leads to great therapeutic work. It’s normal to feel nervous during this session. But I assure you, I will do my best to make you feel at ease.
