I provide psychotherapy, coaching, teaching, and consultation to enhance your well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care.

My focus

I work primarily with adult, female, LGBTQIA+ identified clients, individuals with disabilities, and clients with marginalized racial/ethnic identities.

My approach

I use a holistic approach grounded in the biopsychosocial model, addressing how social systems, privilege, and oppression impact mental health. With foundations in Liberation and Feminist Psychology and Third Wave Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, I help you enhance functioning and quality of life.

My communication style

I work collaboratively with you to identify and work towards goals that will enhance your quality of life. I utilize psychoeducation to ensure you're informed about your diagnosis, treatment interventions, and progress in therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

Through incorporating knowledge of the neurobiology of attachment, nutritional psychiatry, the physiology of emotions, polyvagal theory, and somatic interventions, I'm adept at working with clients who experience overlapping medical and psychiatric conditions.
