I work with individuals facing stress, anxiety, family conflict, and intergenerational trauma, as well as those navigating divorce and dealing with the effects of narcissistic abuse. I focus on supporting BIPOC and first-generation communities, creating a safe environment where we can collaborate on your healing and growth.
