I take a collaborative and energetic approach to therapy, working with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My focus

I work with individuals navigating schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, eating disorders, OCD, and addiction. I also support those healing from trauma and couples or families facing relational challenges. I approach each client with compassion and understanding.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. I typically draw from CBT, Narrative, REBT, and DBT for individual work. With couples and families, I integrate Structural, Strategic, and Systems family therapy to address relational patterns and dynamics.

My communication style

I create a calm, supportive, and encouraging space where you feel heard. I use REBT to help you expand your limits and push past challenges. I walk alongside you as you develop better emotional regulation and decision-making skills.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist is deeply personal. I've faced my own challenges, made mistakes, and learned from my traumas. Now I have the privilege of using that life experience alongside my training to help clients find their peace and serenity.
